Communication Styles – teaches how to identify and adapt to different styles of communication. The content will provide you with a deeper knowledge of your style, instructions on how to identify other people, and strategies towards communication success.

Module 2: Body Language – The sixth sense in communication
Course Description
This module is about the non-verbal aspects and implications of communication through body movements including gestures, postures, cues, signals, and position. You will gain insight into how others think and feel through their body language, as well as improve your everyday communication with others. This module will change the way you interact with everyone around you.
